I founded Park Business Law to provide practical, personalized legal support to businesses in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
Before starting my practice, I worked as in-house counsel and practiced at a large law firm. Having worked both inside a business and in private practice, I understand the importance of legal advice that takes a company's practical needs into account.
My practice focuses on helping business owners understand their legal options, navigate contracts and commercial matters, and make informed decisions.
Clients work directly with me throughout their matters. I value clear communication, careful drafting, and a well-defined scope of work.
